Parent Support Adviser

                                                     Mrs. Sarah Salisbury

What is a Parent Support Advisor ?
  • Parenting is a rewarding and challenging job, and there are times when parents and carers need support!!
  • Support can be in many forms, and is as individual as your children, from; selecting a Secondary School? help with sleeping habits! furthering your own or your child’s education?
  • I don’t have all the answers, but, together we will be able to find the appropriate information.
  • A Parent Support Advisor is a FREE, CONFIDENTIAL service.
  • Offering trust and impartiality
  • Respecting your wishes and allowing you to parent your children .

When can you find the PSA ?

I currently work in school each morning, 8:30 - 12:30, although this may change from time to time, depending on when you, the parents, would like to see me.

Where can you find the PSA ?

I share the Office, with the Learning Mentor on the lower floor next to the Canteen.

I am available throughout the day, you do not need to make an appointment, just drop in! I will always be glad to see you.

On occasion I may be out of the office, there is a post box just outside the Office, where you can pop in your name and telephone number so I can contact you , or you can leave a message on the answer phone or e-mail.

Telephone (direct line) :       556562

Email:     psa@fordprimaryschool.co.uk

We would love to welcome ALL Parents and Carers to become involved with the School, an hour a week is all it takes.

From helping to read, playing guitar? Or volunteering to be in the stocks at the Summer fair! Any help will not be turned away!
